Telecom & API Disclaimer

Quani.ai operates as a platform provider, integrator, and intermediary across telecom and fintech ecosystems.

We do not guarantee:

• Network availability (dependent on mobile network operators and partners)

• Continuous service where third-party infrastructure is involved

• Regulatory approvals required for your specific use case

Fees & Payments

Certain services may be subject to fees.

This may include:

• Subscription fees

• Usage-based charges

• Integration or licensing fees

• Revenue-sharing arrangements

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Third-Party Services

Quani.ai integrates with third-party providers, including:

• Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)

• Mobile Money platforms

• API and infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service failures or delays

• Changes in third-party pricing or policies
